IBM has a good culture and support network, encouraging you to bring your whole self to work. There is also a wealth of expertise and experience that colleagues have so it is super useful to be able to learn from their experience.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
Be yourself and show genuine curiosity - IBM cares about your unique perspective and what you are able to contribute. Having a genuine interest in the sector and company specifically will take you far, especially if you are able to demonstrate it through things you've done in your spare time
