As an apprentice I go round sites with my mentor fixing assets in order for them to work better in the future. Each day is different and I get to go to different sites and do different jobs daily
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It’s such a god apprenticeship with amazing benefits, support and overall a really good job in general with enjoyable tasks and overall great opportunities
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Always developing new skills such as bench fitting, wiring, testing, and more. Constantly pushed to learn and develop my skills to better myself as an apprentice
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Brilliant as I go to college two weeks a month and on site two weeks a month with meetings in place to see what I need to do and adapt the plan to benefit myself. I get checked up on regularly and always know what I am doing or what I can do
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support with a large support network, everyone being so willing to help and constant check in to ensure I’m on track and happy
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Great support from Grantham college who help me where needed and are always willing to support where needed
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

This definitely helps as i can use my learning and knowledge on site from my college learning as it is all transferable and useful knowledge and skills

There are so many networking opportunities such as reverse mentoring scheme, calls with directors, diversity groups and many more I’m still learning about
