Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
On a day-to-day basis, I design and deliver technical demos, presentations, and hands‑on workshops, tailoring content to specific client use cases and industries. I facilitate co‑creation sessions, advise on best practices and solution design, and support customers in building and understanding agentic workflows. 
Alongside client work, I contribute to sales enablement and opportunity progression, including supporting cross‑sell and upsell motions, preparing reusable demo assets, and sharing knowledge internally. I also represent IBM at client events, executive briefings, and internal forums, consistently delivering confident, technically accurate, and engaging presentations.
