Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role as a DevOps engineer is mainly technical, day to day I work in an agile team on my project. I take part in daily sprint ceremonies and work on development related tickets. In my role I mainly use terraform and cloud technologies and collaborate with my team to deliver solutions for the client.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme however at times it can be hard to juggle work responsibilities and university responsibilities.

Since starting my apprenticeship I have had many opportunities to learn and develop new skills working in many different areas of the organisation for a range of clients.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
Be candid and open to a wide range of opportunities. Demonstrate that you are open minded and growth minded, this is something that interviewers will look for.
