I enjoy this job due to being outside for the large majority of time, you are able to learn keys skills while being paid.

Anglian water has had apprentices for a long time so they understand what we need to succeed in this career. You are with a set mentor so always have someone to go to to help.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I regularly have meetings with my manager to review my performance, future goals and the time for me to ask any questions.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They are always happy to help, given lots of time to complete and never feel rushed.

I have increased my confidence massively while doing this apprenticeship, I now feel comfortable to face a problem and work it out or around it.

There are loads of event and team building activities, for collage we regularly have days out where we can enjoy ourselves.

Ask as many questions as possible. If you don't understand something always ask, no question is a stupid question.
