Interacting with customers face to face to do a range of tasks. The tasks include booking customers in, pre testing, styling, dispensing and collections and adjustments.

Over the past year i have thoroughly enjoyed my apprenticeship, its been interesting learning about the different aspects of optics. The apprenticeship has really increased my self confidence as i am constantly working with the general public
