Perfect apprenticeship for someone unsure of what sort of job they would like as there is so much support and guidance tbeoigh different roles within the company.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The apprenticeship program i took was very structured and had plans set for all apprentices to smash their targets and develop themselves

I have learnt many skills during my apprenticeship of which are Industry specialised aswell as skills that are transferable towards everyday life

Very well organised with good structure and support from my first day and ongoing during my employment, i'm excited to see what the future holds for me at Anglian Water
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Immense amount of support, any issues I ever had there was always someone I could contact for guidance and support in any form
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support received from the training providers was excellent, I never felt like I had too much going on or too little it was structured exactly how I would like an apprenticeship to be while facing challenges that develop your knowledge skills and character
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It is very in depth relevant with the i dusty specialised work and has taught me alot and developed what I had learnt in some of my GCSE's

There is so much to offer at anglian water wether that's in your local team or as a company in general there are always events being held and meetings anyone can attend

I have though roughly enjoyed my time so far and im sure many other young people would too, its a great kick start to life.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Anglian Water?
Always try your best to be 1% better everyday wether that's with the physical work your carrying out or things like personal organisation.
