One day college for AAT, 2 days financial accounts, and two days management accounts.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme as the work is interesting to me, the company has a good mission, and the people are good to work with.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've developed a range of skills relating to accounting and finance, mostly involving labour costs, invoices, and journals so far.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The course is very structured, with set responsibilities and learning in place to take up gradually.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive plenty of support whilst also getting to be independent on tasks I am confident in.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The college provides a high standard of support and offers one to one sessions at the end of class.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Very well as I learn the theory behind my tasks at work. Otherwise I'd struggle to see the bigger picture and where some tasks fit in.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I only play football but there are many more (martial arts, choir, etc)
