Recommendations & Advice
Would you recommend IBM to a friend?
Why?
I have been able to gain hands-on experience, take on responsibility, and contribute to work that has real impact. The culture also encourages continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation, which makes it a good place for someone who wants to keep developing and progress in their career.
Overall, I would recommend IBM because it gives people the chance to grow, be supported, and work on meaningful projects with talented colleagues.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
I would also recommend researching IBM’s values, the role you are applying for, and the type of work IBM does with clients. In interviews or applications, try to link your experience to real examples, such as teamwork, problem-solving, learning a new skill, or delivering something that made an impact.
Most importantly, be yourself. IBM values different perspectives, so do not feel like you need to know everything already. Show that you are motivated, open to feedback, and ready to keep learning.
