To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I feel the shop is always too busy and overcrowded which makes the day very stressful. I enjoy the apprenticeship though

I’ve learnt to dispense and fit/adjust glasses. I’ve also increased my customer service skills

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Although being entitled to 4 hours work a week, my store tried to implement this however it’s usually too busy to be given to me

Instore team shows decent support however my apprentice coaches show loads of support

Sometimes due to how busy my store is it’s hard to implement the learning into real time as there’s a lack of time for examples and to actually put things into practice rather than textbook knowledge
