Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend IBM to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Great company to learn the latest in technology, friendly people who will take early professionals in and help develop and support them, from where I was when I joined IBM to now there is a vast difference in my technical abilities and career growth.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
Be honest, dont exaggerate or bloat yourself, people will see through it, most people at IBM are looking for someone with a good attitude, something you cant teach, the rest, whether that be technical, financial or whatever can be taught to you, and there is plenty of people at IBM to help you do that.
