As an HRSS coordinator on the onboarding team, I was overseeing the end to end process of onboarding new starters that were going to be Patrol drivers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed my apprenticeship and felt it did help build my knowledge and confidence whilst working alongside my role and day to day duties

I developed a lot of new skills and also built on existing ones.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It took a few weeks to get settled, but my mentor was always around to support when I got stuck.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer was more than supportive in getting me involved in projects, allowing me time to complete my apprenticeship and ensuring full understanding of relevant processes
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My mentor was great at communicating however when she was unavailable I did struggle with finding support
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

it's extremely relevant and assists me to have a better understanding and therefore more efficient working
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are none - it would be great to create some things like this as I know it would be imperative towards improving morale.
