I am a Lean Analyst, my role is to look for opportunities to improve the business by finding efficiencies. I work with senior stakeholders to develop business cases on what we want to work on to improve our teams and customers journeys.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

A lot, learning a lot about AI and how & where it can be used. Also what are the rules around it and what safe guards need to be considered.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Understanding more around process analysis, what a BI does, how to explain data flows, the rules and laws around AI.

Very well with a clear plan over the course duration.

Lots, regular sessions with manager on it and catch-up with the Director of the area to discuss how it is going.

A lot, as we move into an AI era it is helping me understand more how it plays a role and the considerations needed.

Why?
Its a great company with lots of opportunities. I have learned and developed a lot while here and wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The AA?
The business is massive, lots of different areas and teams, explore as you never no what type of role is out there.
