Yes absolutely love my programme, have been given so many opportunities during this time and I have learnt so much.

Yes lots of new skills and built on skills such as communication, team working, report writing, business analysis etc.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very structured and we get a lot of support from foundation managers. We have online sessions and use different learning tools.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support, which is very helpful as it allows me to understand my tasks in details and ensures that I get the feedback I need to be successful.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I can confirm that I get all the support needed working towards my qualifications. I have monthly meetings with my provider and get frequent feedback.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It allows me to get the learning I need whilst also applying it to my day to day role. I also have the resources needed as well.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

The apprenticeship community is huge - theres at least 3 socials, activities going on weekly.

Why?
IBM is an amazing company to work for, providing all the support you need as an early professional. There are lots of early professionals at the company which allows you to relate to others. All senior people at the company are very supportive and it can give you many opportunities that other companies don't offer. You are able to work on different accounts and you can rotate to ensure you get the experience you need.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
Just be yourself, get involved and ensure you make the most of the "hands on experience". There are so many opportunities at the company for your to strive.
