Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Part admin, part data. My role involves supporting learner experience through carrying out administrative activities on various courses and by managing our Learner Management System. I also work on gathering, securely storing and using data to produce accurate documentation and reports for learners & management. My other responsibilities include building dashboards using Power BI.
