Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My job role includes both doing practical work in operational areas while also having to do some more office online based data work, often relating to the work that we have done while on site. The main day to day is carrying out operations in the areas that need operators at that time.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love my work programme every day is enjoyable and I am excited to come in the next day and look forward to learning more and new things
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have gain not only a wide range of skills but very different ones, some being new technical ability's on applications like Word and PowerPoint, but also tool and hand based skills such as being able to use tools I have never even held before
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

For the larger part of my programme it has been structed and very well organised this is mainly reflected in the workplace and how our time is spilt up across site. However when we go to out blocks at college it has been less well organised especially on part of the college communication to us and our workplace.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot of support. My employer and almost everyone who works for my employer is always willing to help me with projects that UI have been set or tasks that I am taking on, constantly reminding me that they are all there to support me.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support that I have received from them has been less than that as given to me from my employer though it has still been useful, Mostly being in the form of documentation that details requirements and what is expected of me etc.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel very confident in this fact as 90% of the content that has been given to me or is yet to be given to me is useful as it mostly relates to the nuclear side of my role and helps me to gain a better understanding of the theory behind it all allowing me to better undertake tasks at work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are a vast array of different incentives or social events that take place at work in addition to these there are also open events that have a more formal structure all of which are enjoyable and useful to all who attend.

Yes
Why?
Because it has been such a welcoming place to work in from the way that it is structed to benefit the applicants to how willing to aid and support the staff is. No part of working here has disappointed me
