My role is hugely varied, one day I am supporting with launching a new nationwide partnership with a mental health charity, and the next I am supporting with large change projects. No two days are the same!
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My apprenticeship programme has allowed me to put my skills to use and to think about the bigger picture behind everything I do. It has also helped improve my critical thinking skills and my ability to find solutions to real-world business problems.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Both! I have definitely learned new skills on HR theories which was a totally new area to me, but I have also developed my ability to influence others which is hugely beneficial in my role.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I do think the apprenticeship programme is structured well. It hasn’t been an easy ride but has certainly been worthwhile!

My training provider has bent over backwards to support me and help me believe in myself and stay on track throughout the programme!
