On a day-to-day basis I typically develop new applications / features and/or fix bugs for a variety of internal projects and clients.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

In my opinion, IBM is one of the best apprenticeship providers. My programme is informative, educational and allows me to freely explore multiple opportunities within the workplace without hindering my education and training.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Since being at IBM my skillset has increased phenomenally. I have worked on a large variety of projects which has had the benefit of exposing me to multiple technology stacks and ways of working.

Why?
From speaking to other apprentices, IBM seems to be one of the more organised apprenticeship schemes. Not only this, but my own personal experience has changed my initial perception of IBM from a 'technology company' to a place where you can completely explore your creativity.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
Be passionate, be yourself and be eager.
