Every 3 months I'll move to a different departament and now I pick, I am also involved with volunteering and other courses provided by the GXO.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Tedius work but keeps me moving and active as well as opportunities for learning and growing.

I have developed some communication skills but I further need to refine it.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It's orgonised so that I have every week study time for my computer work through Aptem and through 5 different departments to work and learn new skills.

I am fully supported with whatever need I have such as courses or help with Aptem.

100% support and going for dinstinction.
