Skills Development

5/5
I have developed a high degree of adaptability—a quality that is pivotal in consulting, which is not just about adjusting to new situations, but also embracing change and innovation. I have collaborated with diverse teams across different projects, which required adjusting my communication styles and work methods to align with various team dynamics and project goals. This flexibility has not only broadened my professional network but also enriched my understanding of IBM. As well as this, it involves continuously learning from feedback. I have actively sought out feedback from peers, managers, and clients, using it constructively to refine my approach and behaviours. This responsive attitude has been key to my professional development.
