Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
On a daily basis I complete tasks such as taking payments, setting up direct debits and amending credit files. I also deal with mortgage term expiry accounts, ensuring that each customer has a suitable plan to redeem their mortgage balance. I investigate accounts that aren't meeting their agreed monthly payments and look to resolve this efficiently.
