In my role, I have had the flexibility to move between different teams and get a feel what each team does and what their responsibilities are in the organisation. My tasks have varied from creating website components, helping with Octopus deployments, working at Service Desk and
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed it a lot, and being given the flexibility to move between teams and get a feel for each has been very helpful in my end goal to decide what I want to specialise in.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have managed to learn about using Confluence and Jira for collaboration and team-coordinating. I have also learnt C# and ASP.NET Core with my time in the web development team. And I got to also use IBMI system for data queries and access granting.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is pretty structured, and the deadlines are told to us way in advance. Because I do two modules simultaneously every term, it feels like I am mainly kept busy with my learning.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I am always been offered support from my manager, and he even helps reach out to other people in the business who could lend a hand in my assignments.
