It was happy and satisfying to join the Level 2 apprenticeship in GXO. I can go to 4 different departments(Picking, Packing, Inbound and Stock control) to learn different warehouse skills by the period.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme coz it was well organized and created many opportunities for the apprentice. Not only the warehouse skills, the company also provided training on IT skills, First Aids, Project Management and ESOL etc...

I have opportunities to learn different various warehouse skills and even can work in Sortation department.
