it was my line manager that recommended the course to me, he helped mentor me in the role

As I'm dylexic and dypraxic I had support in understanding some of the elements, but onece explained by my tutor it was a lot better in the way I understood. This was a learning curve from both me and the tutor

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

yes it has improved my working, use of the tools in my everyday working, listening better and understanding things. Structure with the models i.e. GROW I use with others my I mentor

as an officer within the ACF the learning helped me mentor adults in the organisation and tried the techniques with the cadets
