As a Shift Leader at IGS, I support day-to-day operations, lead and motivate the team, and ensure performance, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.

I really enjoying my program at IGS, the team is very supportive and highly valuable to my professional development.

I have started in 2017 as a Quality controller at IGS during this time I have developed my knowledge and skills, which give me the opportunity to be become a Shift Leader.
