Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
This was a 4 day programme where we had the chance to look at all of the different parts or Rothschild & Co and even get to meet different professional of the company.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
cross four days we gained deep exposure to the firm's core divisions through a mix of presentations, case studies, work shadowing and interactive challenges, building a much clearer picture of the business and the different career paths within it

The week pushed me to develop both technical and interpersonal skills. From building financial knowledge in investment banking sessions to honing my presentation, networking and teamwork abilities through the group project.
