In my role as a team leader, I oversee the daily work of the team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. I support the team, monitor quality and help resolve any issues that arise and make sure work runs smoothly and targets are met.

I enjoy my apprenticeship programme as it allows me to develop new skills and knowledge that I can apply in my role.

Yes. It has helped me better understand processes like efficiency and reducing errors, which improves my performance at work. I have also strengthened existing skills like attention to detail, problem solving, and communication.
