Completed an Apprenticeship in Level 5 CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, with a mixture of CIPD and Apprenticeship modules.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme was enjoyable and challenging at the same time. Lots of support provided and questions answered.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, the programme has provided a lot of theoretical understanding to some of the knowledge and skills that i had gained in my role.
The programme has been very important to help me develop skills and knowledge that I can apply in a people advisor role focused on employee relations.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I have had a change in tutor which may have led to some problems, apart from this the programme is structured and I'm expected to finish within the original timeline with lots of time.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I get lots of support from my manager and colleagues, guidance when I need it and tailored tasks to help me in completing my qualification.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have regular 1-2-1's and am able to contact my tutor's when I need help
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has taken some time to understand how I can apply the modules in the qualification to my daily role, but with assistance from managers and the apprenticeship tutor's, I have gained better understanding, and the skills gained have helped me to develop confidently in my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I personally haven't gotten involved due to other commitments, not that this wasn't offered or available.

Why?
It's a very supportive organisation, lots of learning and development opportunities. I personally haven't had any problems and any development opportunities I have asked for, they've been provided and I've received support from my managers and colleagues.
