I enjoy my programme overall. It is helping me build my knowledge and skills, and while some areas are more challenging than others, it is a valuable learning experience

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very well organised and structured. The KSB's are clear, delivered in bite size days and are in a logical order as well as being well supported, which makes it easy to follow and apply.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Support is available on request, the course is discussed within monthly supervisions, my study time is self directed ensuring full flexibility around my work responsibilities.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support is available on request, with monthly or bi monthly meetings which are flexible around my availability.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification will help me perform better in my role by strengthening my understanding and building relevant skills and knowledge. The training links well to my responsibilities and supports my ongoing development.
