What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Hard-working, collaborative, and stimulating culture. The work environment at Rothschild & Co has been exceptional. More can definitely be done in making it cohesive but that will depend on the initiatives deployed by the bank and how it is filtered down to respective teams
