My day to day role includes functional testing, regression testing, business rules testing, defect testing, and various other forms of testing
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme quite a bit, it's teaching me new areas of expertise such as Data Science, Programming, Data Analysis, Visulisations, and more

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Quite well structured, all modules follow a 6 week timetable with 2 assignments for each that could either be coursework or an exam
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer supports me if and when I need rather than bog me down in meetings/updates, but when I do need support, they provide me with solutions very quickly
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider also provides me with great support, we usually have monthly/bi-monthly catch-ups to go over current progress and also to bring up any need for help
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification helps me with my programming skills of my role, the same with data analysis and database management

There are many professional networking events going on that someone can choose from, the same with social initiatives such as building playgrounds in schools, or going to schools to talk about IBM

Why?
IBM is a very big company with lots and lots of opportunities to take control of your career with their support and point it in the direction of something that you are passionate about
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
Be yourself, my application process through to the assessment centre were the best I've ever had with IBM
