My role involves helping staff members with IT problems and providing troubleshooting assistance.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learned how to use the ServiceNow Platform to write, document and upload tickets. Additionally, I've also began work on my new AWS qualification and ITIL qualification as well. Allowing me to expand my skill set and gain exposure to many areas.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured. 4 days a week at work giving me exposure to real work environment and projects. One day a week dedicated specifically to university learning and documenting my in-work learning.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Plenty of support. Line managers and ex-apprentices who have progressed were always available to provide help and support accordingly.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Plenty of support with a seperate manager and buddy to help me.
