To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

One of the strongest aspects of the Learning and Development Partner programme is its focus on developing a strategic understanding of L&D. Rather than concentrating on designing or delivering learning, the apprenticeship challenges you to think critically about how learning supports organisational performance, culture and long‑term capability development. Topics such as needs analysis, evaluation, learning theory, facilitation, and organisational dynamics are explored in detail, allowing learners to build a holistic view of the L&D function.

The qualification is definitely a bolt on rather than embedded into the apprenticeship programme itself.

The qualification is really useful in developing an understanding about the theories that support how Learning and Development is shaped in an organisation. It has been providing insights into "why" processes. activities. etc are the way they are.
