Yes
Why?
A lot of diverse roles and opportunities are available. Even when working in one team there are opportunities to shadow and work with different teams to explore different roles and technologies. Strong early professional community and great support and welcome from the teams in general
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
Soft skills are as important if not more than technical skills, be proactive in communicating your needs (e.g.: KSBs for the apprenticeship) and asking questions and take initiatives to develop your skills and others' skills
