Yes
Why?
Working at IBM has provided me with a wide range of valuable opportunities. From building strong connections with fellow apprentices and experienced colleagues to developing confidence in my own abilities, the experience has significantly supported my transition from college into the corporate environment.
The company culture is incredibly positive and inclusive, and there is a strong network of support available - from managers within the organisation to guidance provided through university. This has created an environment where I feel encouraged to grow both professionally and personally.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
When applying, take the time to understand what genuinely interests you about the company and how it aligns with your goals. Connect with people working in areas that interest you, as this can provide valuable insights and help you build meaningful relationships. Most importantly, be confident in putting yourself forward - show enthusiasm and willingness to learn new things.
