Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I arrange care and support for adults with eligible needs by working with social workers, service users, families, and care providers. My day-to-day work includes sourcing care packages, liaising with providers, managing urgent requests, and keeping accurate records to ensure people receive the right support at the right time.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme. It offers a good balance of learning with day-to-day work, and I feel supported to develop my skills while doing meaningful work that makes a difference.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

The apprenticeship has helped me grow in confidence and independence. I’ve learned new skills while developing my communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. I’m feeling more confident speaking with professionals and handling challenges in a professional way.
