As in any internship, I feel that you gradually get more responsibility as you prove yourself to your peers. I felt that was my case. Compared to the first weeks, at the end I was working with much more independence. This was crucial for my learning experience. So I did feel that at this company, people delegate you relevant and impactful work.

I have extensively developed my hard skills in terms of excel and ppt expertise. Additionally, I have broaden my sector specific knowledge of the healthcare industry. Most importantly, I have gained valuable soft skills, namely the ability to go the extra mile, my attention to detail, my ability to handle various tasks simultaneously and also my capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

I was surprised by the level of support I was offered. Everyone was extremely helpful from the most junior to the most senior members of the team. I felt that all my colleagues had a strong willingness to share their knowledge and made me feel comfortable to ask questions.

Outstanding culture. Very good environment. Everyone made me feel comfortable and respected. I feel that people treat each other not only as colleagues but as friends, so that the working environment is very pleasant and each one of us can thrive.

I loved my internship. It was the best decision I could take in the sense that I feel I have progressed a lot over the past 2 months. It gave me the opportunity to interact with a set of incredibly smart, ambitious and hard-working people. To learn from them and to improve both my hard and soft skills.
