I have, I've learned about the different aspects of good leadership and good management. I learned about strategies, theories that can help with decision making, staff and employee management and how different organisations operate.

I'm still undertaking my apprenticeship, but this has already helped within my role. I work with a lot of different stakeholders and the stakeholder management aspect has been incredibly useful to me in my current role.
