The Early Careers Apprentice at Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) plays a key role in supporting the organisation’s apprenticeships, T Levels, internships, and wider “earn and learn” programmes, which form a central part of TfGM’s workforce and skills strategy.
Based within the Learning & Development function of the People Directorate, the role supports the design, delivery, coordination, and continuous improvement of TfGM’s early careers offer, working closely with managers, training providers, colleges, and internal stakeholders across the organisation.
