Learning about this Job. Its very niche and I've gained a lot of experience whist I'm in the company. People are willing to help and able to support each other on the way, either outside of our teams or in apprentice cohort

4/5
When working with a company prior to this I have gained professionalism and etiquettes, but they support you further and train you on the way. So being a fresh starter its great as they support you on this. So being in this company has helped us develop, writing skills, problem solving, presentation etc.

Very organised, they give us a set timetable already to follow, this helps us to know where we need to be meaning its already mapped out for us.

I receive a lot of support, its where you have to asl them and not be afraid. We have monthly catch ups with the early career managers. They are there to know what's going on and able to support us if things are not going so well. Fell very supported.

Currently we are learning about the energy industry and the trainer has helped us. We are supported fully they help us to answer our questions really well. Even though we don't get it, they still make a way for us to understand completely.

With the trainer that we have, they really help us to learn the fundamentals and core foundations of what the energy industry is and it helps us to understand so that we are not left in a bubble
