Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
Everyday is a little different as I work within different teams in Highways. One day I could be looking at resurfacing planning, the next i could be looking at vegetation, looking at bridge defects and drawing them on AutoCAD, and much more.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
It is a great opportunity as within my apprenticeship, i will have several opportunities to go into different sections of the Highways and Transport team, gaining more experience and broadening my knowledge. it means I get real life experiences in several sections, and once my apprenticeship ends I will have a clearer idea of what area I prefer.

5/5
I feel i have got their support whenever i need it and they are 'only a phone call away' if not in the next room.

I haven't been there long, but so far cannot complain
