Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role consisted of passing great customer service and helping those customers find their ideal products whilst also caring for their needs and helping with pre screening duties.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Everything about my apprenticeship was amazing, the staff, the layout, the education, the system, the length. My coaches were brilliant and so helpful, they really made the whole process fantastic.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

There are so many transferable skills that I have learnt through my apprenticeship specifically with customer service. I have now worked in a health related environment therefore can pass this knowledge onto a different establishment within the same industry.

The flow of my apprenticeship was flawless, patient and well done. Every part of the apprenticeship was so thorough and has made me achieve the best outcome I could.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer was good at understanding the help I needed and provided tools and tips on how to make sure I was doing the best I could and to receive a great outcome.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I had the utmost support from my team, I have never felt so safe and encouraged through my work, not enough words to thank them.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My training provider gave me the push I needed and has been the main reason why my result reflected in the way it did from my work, she was fantastic.
