Overall, how would you describe your experience at GXO Logistics?
Very good, Good structure to the role and graduate programme, friendly people and good growth opportunities.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My main responsibilities are within the transport network supporting projects aiming to improve failed deliveries. I enjoy collaborating with others and getting a wide view of the business and operations.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

After a thorough induction I have had the opportunity to add value and be useful to the team. This will continue to improve as I learn more and gain more experience.
