Overall, how would you describe your experience at IBM?
Throroughly enjoyed the start of my graduate scheme at IBM. Lots of new skills learnt, met various people with experience and a passion for technology. So, overall, learning a lot, upskilling a lot and making an impact in the company!
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Main responsibilities are:
- Building AI models from scratch & Fine Tuning pre-trained models
- Transforming machine learning models into APIs that can be integrated with other applications.
- Collaborating across teams to help with AI adoption and best practices.
- Utilising the latest IBM AI technical strategies to unlock client opportunities, applying skills in AI development.
I enjoy them all equally.
