Yes, throughout the internship. I specifically strengthened my modelling skills and enhanced my creativity on PowerPoint. I also learned on the job how to stay on top of an M&A process, managing multiple workstreams and deadlines effectively.

Yes, I received a lot of support and guidance. The initial training was very effective and helped me refresh all the technical fundamentals. Throughout the internship, the team was highly pedagogical and always willing to take the time to explain concepts or teach me new things, which made the learning experience both stimulating and supportive.

That was honestly one of the best parts of the internship. Throughout the program, the Early Careers team made a real effort to help the cohort connect, which created a dynamic and engaging atmosphere. I was able to make many friends, build strong relationships, and even interact with senior management on several occasions. The culture at Rothschild & Co in London is one of the best I have experienced so far, having completed more than three internships.

I genuinely enjoyed the experience. The internship gave me a clear sense of what it’s like to work at the firm and really helped me picture myself building a long-term career there.
