As Optical Assistant you learn a variation of shopfloor skills, both sales orientated, and clinical oriented.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I've absolutely loved it, it's a great field to work in, there is always more to learn.

Amazingly structured, I always knew what my next objectives were and my coaches helped me reach every goal possible.

Alot of support. No matter how small my questions were or how little help I asked for, they always gave 100% into my development.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

10/10, the training they have provided me is what makes me good at my job. And they don't just stop with the bare minimum, if you want to progress further, they help you get there.
