Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
There were daily insightful talks about the different divisions of Rothschild&Co with junior and senior bankers who gave an insight into what they are doing in general and on a daily basis with lots of room for Q&A. Furthermore, you worked on a case study about an M&A deal and attended networking sessions.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
The team at Rothschild&Co did an amazing job at informing and preparing us for future roles at Rothschild&Co. The numerous talks really helped to understand the different divisions, their differences and how they work and what they do on a daily basis. You definitely gain a holistic business overview!

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Rothschild&Co as a family-owned company has such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. All bankers (junior or senior) were always willing to help us with our projects if needed and more than happy to answer all of our questions.
