Overview of Role

- Accountable for weekly forecast and pipeline management using SalesForce to ensure data accuracy and clear deal tracking
- Managed customer accounts and led engagement to generate business opportunity and develop
my sales technique
- Contributed to high-value deals by organising and leading daily cadence meetings with internal teams to maintain opportunity progression
- Processed and managed pricing requests supporting the sales team with customer proposals
- Created data analysis files to provide team performance & data accuracy insights and presented
findings to senior management
- Collaborated with colleagues across business units to streamline the forecasting processes and
drive efficiencies
During my 14-month internship at HPE, I developed strong commercial and analytical skills by supporting the sales and business development teams. Working across business units enhanced my ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, from individual sellers to directors. I also had the opportunity to do over 40 hours of customer role play practice with experienced colleagues. These experiences strengthened my confidence in building relationships and interpreting data to inform decisions, creating the foundations for a career in sales and commercial roles.
