very structured when it comes down to submitting my work every week and there is a plan in place at all times for my learning

when i need extra explaining done my training provider will send extra help work books and will explain in person as well

will help set a basis knowledge and you will come in to contact with all sorts of patients that will give you more experience .
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Specsavers?
to make sure that you fully understand anything before going ahead and implementing it as you will be dealing with patients and cannot mess up on their care. make sure to always double check something if you are not sure. ask as many questions as you need, don't feel shy from getting it wrong
