Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

It involves a range of job roles, adjusting glasses when people come in to collect, taking diagnostics on the eye before they see an optician, the process of aiding in choosing glasses, as well as dispensing the correct lenses to suit the customer, there are a wide range of people that come in and there is always a new experience

I have developed my customer and communication skill, due to this i have been a lot more outgoing in my personal life, it is great too because you use your maths and english skills daily
